Emirate NBD avails Uber service to offer UAE residents free taxi rides during Ramadan: Emirates NBD announced on Tuesday that is has partnered with Uber, which operates a fleet of taxis in the UAE, to offer free rides all throughout the holy month. The offer is available to the bank’s debit or credit cardholders from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., between Thursday and Saturday during Ramadan.

India to have Apple Stores soon! : The India Government and the technology giant, Apple, have been in a tussle for very long in opening Apple Stores in India. According to reports, Apple may get exception to the existing government regulations, but with a warning that in the next 2-3 years, it will have to arrange for local sourcing of raw materials for its products.
